Injectables & Fillers in Jacksonville

Injectables are available almost everywhere now, which is exactly why where you get them matters. At Jacksonville Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery, neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and Kybella are planned and performed in a dermatology office by our experienced medical providers, under the medical direction of Dr. Brandon T. Beal, a double board-certified, fellowship-trained dermatologist, with conservative technique and honest guidance, including when the honest answer is that you do not need an injectable at all.

Our Injectable Treatments

Our Jacksonville office stocks all three major neuromodulators, Botox, Dysport, and Xeomin, along with hyaluronic acid and collagen-stimulating dermal fillers and Kybella. Which one fits, if any, is a medical decision made at your consultation. Choose a treatment to see how it works.

Smiling woman with smooth, refreshed looking skin

Botox

The most established neuromodulator, relaxing the muscles behind frown lines, forehead lines, and crow’s feet.

Woman frowning, showing dynamic forehead and frown lines

Dysport

A neuromodulator alternative that some patients find sets in faster and spreads more naturally across larger areas.

Close view of horizontal forehead wrinkles

Forehead wrinkles

Horizontal lines and frown lines, and how neuromodulators treat the movement that causes them.

Dermal fillers

Juvederm, Restylane, Radiesse, and Sculptra, restoring volume in the cheeks, lips, folds, and hollows.

Lip fillers

Fullness, shape, and border refinement in proportion to your face, not a trend.

Cheek fillers

Midface support and contour where volume has flattened, often the highest-impact single area.

Kybella

An injectable that reduces fat under the chin, the opposite job from filler, without surgery.

Full facial balancing

Smaller amounts of filler across several areas in one coordinated plan for overall proportion.

How We Approach Injectables

We will be straightforward with you: injectables have become a commodity. The products are the same everywhere; the judgment behind the needle is not. Our approach is conservative amounts, placement matched to your anatomy, and a plan built around your face rather than a menu. The simplest way to think about the lineup is by what is bothering you:

  • Lines that show when you move: frown lines, forehead lines, and crow’s feet respond to a neuromodulator like Botox or Dysport. Start with our forehead wrinkles page if that is the main concern.
  • Folds, hollows, or lost volume: dermal fillers restore support in the cheeks, lips, smile lines, and under-eye area.
  • Fullness under the chin: Kybella reduces fat rather than adding volume.
  • Overall proportion rather than one spot: full facial balancing coordinates smaller amounts across several areas.
  • Texture, etched-in lines at rest, or crepey skin: that is usually not an injectable problem. The ResurFx fractional laser and our other light-based treatments often fit better, alone or in combination.

Every plan starts with a consultation, risks and alternatives are reviewed before anything is scheduled, treatment plans are individualized, and results vary.

Common questions

Injectables & Fillers FAQs.

Do you offer Xeomin?

Yes. Our Jacksonville office stocks Botox, Dysport, and Xeomin. Xeomin is a “naked” neuromodulator, the same active molecule without accessory proteins, which some patients prefer. Which of the three fits you best is part of the consultation, not a default.

Botox or filler, which do I need?

They solve different problems. Neuromodulators like Botox relax the muscles that crease the skin, so they treat lines created by movement. Fillers restore volume, so they treat folds, hollows, and flattening. Many patients benefit from one, the other, or a combination, and your consultation sorts out which.

Why get injectables at a dermatology office instead of a med spa?

Because injectables are medical procedures in an area dense with vessels and nerves. A dermatology office brings anatomy training, honest recommendations that sometimes include “not yet” or “not this,” and a medical team on site if anything ever needs attention. The product is the same; the judgment is the difference.

How much do injectables cost?

Cost depends on the product and the amount used, which depends on your anatomy and goals. You will get a clear plan and pricing at your consultation before anything is scheduled, and current information is on our pricing page.
