I had a really good experience at Jax Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery. I went in because I was having issues with my skin and hair, and to be honest, those kinds of things can make you feel a little self-conscious. From the moment I walked in, Morgan at the front desk made me feel welcome. She was kind, friendly, and easy to talk to. She helped me relax and made me feel comfortable instead of embarrassed about why I was there. A smile and a little kindness can go a long way, and Morgan definitely made a difference in my visit. Thank you for making me feel at ease. I truly appreciate it!

10/10 From the front desk staff to the APRN. Michelle is so thorough in answering your questions about dermatology and skin issues and so genuinely kind. The practice was on time, also not also a norm in medical care, but so far I've been 11 for 11 with them in that regard. I highly recommend this practice for dermatologic needs and WEAR SUNSCREEN, y'all! 🌞

My appointment from the Front Desk to the Doctors, was an Amazing. Everyone that i had contact with was very friendly and helpful and make you feel more like a person than a patient - Zach was great, made eye contact, listened and made suggestions. Definitely would recommend Jacksonville Dermatology & Cosmetic.
