• Welcome and prepare patients for general dermatology appointments
• Accurately document medical histories, medications, and vital signs
• Assist with skin exams, biopsies, cryotherapy, and other in-office procedures
• Maintain clean, organized exam rooms with attention to detail and patient comfort
• Support providers during visits and ensure efficient patient flow
• Follow up with patients and assist in coordinating care with kindness and clarity
• Build lasting rapport that helps patients feel safe, seen, and cared for

• Previous experience as a medical assistant (dermatology preferred but not required)
• MA certification is a plus, but not required — we value experience and attitude

• Be the warm, professional first point of contact for patients in person and over the phone
