Meet The Team

Zach Bouchelle, a Jacksonville native and distinguished alumnus of the University of North Florida, where he graduated with highest honors in Exercise Physiology. Zach continued his academic excellence at Nova Southeastern University, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies. With nearly a decade of experience as a Physician Assistant, Zach has dedicated four years to providing compassionate care as a Dermatology Physician Assistant.

Zach understands that each skin concern is unique and specializes in skin cancer screenings. Zach is committed to thorough skin cancer screenings due to the high prevalence of skin cancer in Florida and a personal family history of melanoma. 

Outside of his professional pursuits, Zach enjoys hiking and surfing. Zach is an animal lover and has 2 dogs, 1 cat, 2 birds, and 2 frogs!

Michelle is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with specialized training in medical and cosmetic dermatology. She earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Cleveland State University and her graduate degree from Ursuline College. She completed advanced dermatology training at the Cleveland Clinic Dermatology and Plastic Surgery Institute and went on to complete a competitive dermatology residency program where she was recognized as one of just 16 advanced practice dermatology scholars nationwide.

Her clinical interests include the diagnosis and management of a broad spectrum of medical dermatologic conditions, as well as cosmetic treatments that support overall skin health and patient confidence. She places a strong emphasis on patient education, preventive care, and individualized treatment plans, ensuring each patient feels informed, supported, and confident in their care.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys cooking, working out, Cleveland sports, being an active member in her church, and spending time with her dog, Slinky.

Dr. Brandon T. Beal is a double board-certified Mohs Micrographic Surgeon and Cosmetic Dermatologist, specializing in procedural dermatology, skin cancer treatment, and facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. He provides advanced care for complex skin cancers, tumors, and reconstructive challenges using evidence-based techniques guided by national standards.

St. Louis native, Dr. Beal completed his dermatology residency at the Cleveland Clinic Dermatology & Plastic Surgery Institute and an elite fellowship in Mohs Micrographic Surgery, Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and Dermatologic Oncology at Zitelli & Brodland, PC.

Dr. Beal is also highly regarded for his expertise in facial rejuvenation and minimally invasive cosmetic surgery, achieving natural, balanced results through personalized treatment planning. He believes in a collaborative, patient-centered approach, taking time to understand each patient’s goals before recommending tailored solutions.

In addition to treating skin cancer and performing reconstructive surgery, Dr. Beal helps patients correct scarring, contour irregularities, and pigmentation issues following previous procedures.

Dr. Beal is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American College of Mohs Surgery, and an active member of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery and the American Medical Association. His research is published in national peer-reviewed journals and available through the National Library of Medicine.

Outside of his practice, Dr. Beal enjoys spending time with family, reading, and traveling.

Morgan joined Jacksonville Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery in the Summer of 2024. She started my career in Patient Access in 2018 and has gained valuable experience at Baptist Medical Center, Mayo Clinic, and UF Health. She is a licensed esthetician working towards becoming a Master Medical Aesthetician. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with my family and her French bulldog, Baloo. I also love going to the beach and traveling.

Andrea joined our office in December 2023 with four years of experience in dermatology. She enjoys assisting in surgeries and helping our patients.

She was born and raised in Jacksonville and is a huge Jags and Gators fan. Andrea has two daughters, with whom she loves hanging out in her free time, shopping, watching reality TV, and trying new restaurants.

Amanda joined Jacksonville Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery in the fall of 2021, bringing her over ten years of managerial experience in the medical field. As the Practice Manager, Amanda is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the clinic on behalf of Dr. Beal. She wants to ensure each Jacksonville Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery patient has a positive experience.

Amanda resides in Georgia with her husband and two children. She enjoys her time off with days on the beach, live music, traveling, and cheering on the UGA Bulldogs. Go dawgs!

sherri-nuss

Sherri joined Jacksonville Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery in September 2020. She has over 25 years in the medical field, specializing in billing, management, insurance, and clerical work. She has been a Certified Professional Biller specializing in Mohs and Dermatology since 2012. Sherri is responsible for all billing aspects of the practice to ensure proper billing and procedures are adhered to for both the practice and the patients.

Sherri has three children. Additionally, she also has three grandchildren and spoils them every chance she can. She enjoys her time off, spending time with her family and friends. She also does charity work with the Order of the Eastern Star.
